Mr Kun Wang is the founder of Yizhenghe Consulting and a distinguished expert in equity incentive design, known for his strategic vision and practical expertise. With a strong foundation in human resource management and extensive hands-on experience in business operations, he has long specialised in corporate top-level design and the implementation of equity strategies.

Having transitioned from a professional manager to a senior consultant, Mr Wang brings a dual perspective from both client and consultancy roles.
