Mr Kun Wang is the founder of Yizhenghe Consulting and a distinguished expert in equity incentive design, known for his strategic vision and practical expertise. With a strong foundation in human resource management and extensive hands-on experience in business operations, he has long specialised in corporate top-level design and the implementation of equity strategies.

Having transitioned from a professional manager to a senior consultant, Mr Wang brings a dual perspective from both client and consultancy roles. This unique background has enabled him to develop deep commercial insight and a systematic methodology, earning him a professional reputation as someone who understands business, understands entrepreneurs, and understands human nature.

As an equity strategy advisor to numerous prominent companies, Mr Wang has provided bespoke equity incentive solutions to enterprises such as Hygon Information, Mlily, Noah Holdings, and Red Star Macalline. His work has supported the development of efficient governance and incentive mechanisms, helping businesses achieve sustainable growth.
