Ms. Chen is the Advisory Expert in Hospital Management at the West China Hospital. Ms. Chen's primary research focuses on Singapore's healthcare policy and medical reform, competency-based hospital management training and consulting, patient experience design through design thinking, hospital management system transfer and localization in Singapore, and the development of high quality service systems and “hassle free” hospitals.
She also serves as an adjunct professor at several institutions, including National Taipei University, Singapore Management University, West China School of Nursing at Sichuan University, China Medical University, and Shantou University.
