Dr Wu Yanqun is one of the few CEO coaches in China who has a rich background in corporate executive management. He has 30 years of experience in corporate senior management and has served as Global Vice President of AMD, President of Marketing in Greater China, General Manager of Nokia's Business Unit, Director of Strategy, and Director of Marketing, and has dual experience in Internet entrepreneurship. Dr Wu has worked and lived in the UK and the US for a long time, and has practical experience in management from both Eastern and Western cultures. 

As a leading figure in China's corporate coaching, Dr Wu is the producer of international top coaching projects such as ‘CITO Organizational Coaching’, ‘Executive Coaching’, ‘Systematic Team Coaching’, ‘Awakening Leadership Coaching’, etc. The Qunzhi Corporate Coaching founded by her enjoys a high reputation in China's coaching industry and is regarded as the Whampoa Military Academy of corporate coaching. 

Dr Wu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's Degree in Information Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and a Doctorate Degree in Economics from Peking University (under the tutelage of the leading economics expert, Mr Wu Jinglian).Founding Vice President of ICF ( International Coach Federation) Beijing Chapter, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC); Selected as one of the "MG#100 Executive Coaches in 2018 In 2018, he was selected as one of the ‘MG#100 Executive Coaches’; in 2019, he was awarded as one of the ‘Global 50 Coaching Leaders’ by Thinkers50; and in 2020, he was selected as the only Chinese mentor of GTCI (Global Team Coaching Institute).
